Privacy Policy for SWARM

01

The short version

SWARM has no account system and no server. Your progress and settings are saved locally — in your browser, in a local save file on desktop, or in local app storage on mobile — and never transmitted anywhere.

02

What SWARM stores, and where

—Save data — progress, unlocks and settings — kept in your browser's localStorage on Web and mobile builds, or in a JSON file in your OS's user-data directory on the desktop (Electron) build.
—No account, player ID or device identifier is generated or stored.
03

No analytics, no accounts

SWARM does not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs of any kind, and has no account or sign-in system. Nothing about how you play is ever collected or sent anywhere by the game itself.

04

Deleting your data

Clearing your browser's site data (Web), deleting the save file from your OS user-data folder (desktop), or uninstalling the app (mobile) removes all locally-stored progress. This is permanent and cannot be undone, since there is no server copy to restore from.

05

Children's privacy

SWARM does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from anyone at all.

06
