SWARM
A base-building survival game where every wave counts down to the one that ends the sector.

Most base-building survival games let you wall yourself in and grind forever once your defenses are strong enough. I wanted pressure that never fully resolves — a hive that keeps escalating, and a fixed number of waves per sector so no run can just turtle indefinitely.
SWARM puts a single reactor core at the center of every run. You mine the seams around it, wall off the approaches, and render the swarm you kill down into resources you can spend on stronger defenses — but every sector has a fixed, escalating wave count before the one that ends it. It's built on a single 2D canvas with no game engine underneath: a custom flow-field pathing and spatial-hash system written from scratch in TypeScript. It ships to the browser, to Windows/macOS/Linux via Electron (the primary target, aimed at Steam), and has a paused Android/iOS build via Capacitor waiting on touch-control work.
